Dr. Saad Saad’s Two Inventions Continue To Amaze The World Of Surgery

Dr. Saad Saad has made a mark in the lives of many children and young adults through his unprecedented surgical skills. As a pediatric surgeon, Dr. Saad Saad has been able to help hundreds even thousands of children put a smile on their faces thanks to his prowess in not only coming up with two surgical inventions but also in performing different complicated surgeries without causing his patients any unnecessary pain. Over the years, it has been Dr. Saad Saad’s dream to help alleviate the pain his patients, young children are going through. It is on this reason he has spent many years to come up with two inventions that are now patented under his name. Many surgeons from across the world are very grateful for the two inventions.

Growing up in a local community in the U.S gave Dr. Saad Saad an opportunity to serve even the less fortunate. Dr. Saad has even volunteered to travel abroad to help conduct complex surgeries on children on several occasions. At one point, he spent several days conducting complicated surgeries on children whose parents were extremely poor thus could not afford even a dime in Israel and West Bank. During his heydays in the medical field, Dr. Saad Saad has seen many young children undergo terrible physical and emotional pain during medical procedures. This moved Dr. Saad to immerse himself into doing research that would help alleviate the pain his patients were going through during an operation. Hitherto, he has two inventions that will never cease to amaze the world.

According to Dr. Saad Saad, catheters are important tools during a medical procedure especially if there is need to conduct a suction of either gas or toxic fluids from the body. However, catheters come in handy with many problems causing patients a lot of pain when inserting. Dr. Saad Saad felt particularly pained when during his young years in the industry small children cry when a doctor inserts a catheter. Besides, in order to know where to locate the catheter several x-ray examinations have to be done on the patient. This exposes them to harmful radioactive elements. His invention has helped because you do not need to subject the patient to any machine scan.

Dr. Saad Saad has a second invention. This too helps alleviate the pain patients go through when they are subjected to numerous x-rays and CT scans. The aim of this second invention is to help improve how surgeons can use endoscopes when examining the bladder, colon, the stomach, throat, and the windpipe among other internal body parts.

This company was founded on the principle that all senior adults deserve to have the opportunity to participate in activities that are social, recreational and leisurely. This philosophy is part of the way this organization focuses on making the lives of their senior residents more fulfilling. The focus on active involvement works in combination with a variety of services designed to improve an individual’s state of mental clarity or increase their physical capacity. The leadership team at Sussex Healthcare takes an active role in making sure the people they hire for their residential care homes are in alignment with the philosophies the organization was founded on. Dr. Clay B. Seigall’s Push for Cancer Treatment

Cancer testing has been the order of the day. Day in day out, there is always news on cancer treatment and testing. This awareness has been reinforced due to the increased cases of late diagnosis of cancer. Prof Dame Sally Davies last year directed the National Health Service to offer DNA tests to cancer patients. This test was approved in the light that this specific test identifies errors in the genetic code. The difference is pointed out by differentiating the normal and cancerous cells. Pinpointing these errors enhances treatment by customizing to fit patients’ specific needs. This way of treatment has been done to over thirty-one thousand patients and so far has proven effective. The success is mainly attributed to the fact that when the cells are identified, treatments are specific thus reduce the incidences of trial and error. The procedure saves time and money in the sense that, when a patient is not likely to benefit from a specified drug, the medicine is not considered thus allowing doctors to prescribe a more effective drug.

Genome sequencing is just one of the discovered ways of better treatment for cancer. A group of researchers at The University of Lyon in England have come up with a urine test which can accurately predict TERT, a faulty protein in the urine. This test specifically foresees the occurrence of bladder cancer. This urine test is 80 percent accurate compared to the 34 percent accuracy in the previous tests.

These researchers have increased thus improving treatment. However, the work doesn’t end in that phase; Pharmaceuticals’ play a very big role in marketing these new methods of testing and treatment. Seattle Genetics, in particular, has been in the limelight in the enhancement of cancer treatment methods. This company was founded by Clay B. Siegall who is the CEO and COB.

Dr. Clay Seigall started the company in the year 1998 and has since then the company has risen to become a very key biotech firm in drug development. The founding of this company was triggered by his dad’s experience of fighting cancer while he was nineteen. Five years later after his dad was diagnosed with the disease, he succumbed to the illness. Dr. Clay has then passionately and generously funded researchers on cancer treatments in order to play a part in saving people’s lives.
